QuickBooks Integration Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Pitched (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects data accessed through our integration with QuickBooks Online via Intuit’s API.

1. Data Access and Collection

Our application integrates with QuickBooks Online via Intuit’s API for internal business purposes only. We access the following data from our QuickBooks account:

  • Customer and client information
  • Invoice and billing data
  • Payment and transaction records
  • Financial reports and summaries

We only request access to data necessary to support our internal business operations.

2. Purpose of Data Use

We use QuickBooks data internally for the following purposes:

  • Internal billing and invoicing workflows
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Client account management
  • Business operations and accounting processes

This data is accessed and used solely by authorized personnel within Pitched.

3. Data Storage and Security

QuickBooks data is stored securely using the following measures:

  • Industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit
  • Encrypted storage on secure servers
  • Access restricted to authorized employees only
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Secure authentication and authorization protocols

We do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks data with external third parties. Your data may only be disclosed in the following limited circumstances:

7. Disconnecting QuickBooks Integration

You can disconnect our application’s access to QuickBooks at any time by:

  • Logging into your QuickBooks Online account
  • Navigating to Settings > Manage Apps
  • Removing our application from the connected apps list

Upon disconnection, we will cease accessing new QuickBooks data. Existing data will be retained according to our data retention policies.

8. Third-Party Services

Our integration uses Intuit’s QuickBooks Online API. Your use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at:
