The continued growth of Pitched and our passion for the company as directors has meant that the time has come to focus solely on making Pitched the stand out leader for Holiday Park Marketing and booking solutions.
Therefore we are proud to announce that IT-OK has been formally acquired by leading South West business IT specialists, Acronyms.
We have taken great care and due diligence in selecting Acronyms as the successor for IT-OK. Their ethos to client and staff relationships particularly impressed us throughout the process of acquisition and we truly believe they are ideal partners for our IT-OK support customers.
Both Nathan and Ben, our loyal and hard-working technicians who worked in IT-OK will also be joining the Acronyms team immediately, and this acquisition offers huge opportunity for them also to further their own career aspirations. We are sure they will provide a vital role in the smooth transition.
If you are a website hosting customer of IT-OK, don’t fear your website is in safe hands, we are still managing your website ongoing under a new name company name, Hosting Sites – we will be shortly expanding our offering for fast, secure UK website hosting and you will be receiving formal communication from us soon.
As for us as directors, over the past 3 years we have launched and built Pitched, something that we feel extremely passionate about and the company was recently crowned ‘Best New Business’ at the 2019 Cornwall Business awards. The acquisition of IT-OK paves the way for us to focus solely on Pitched moving forward and allow Acronyms with a sole business objective and expertise in Business IT Support to take up the reigns for what promises to be a new and exciting chapter for all of us.
