The end of another year, I really can’t believe how fast time has gone! I guess, like many, we were hoping for a more settled year after such uncertainty in 2020. Perhaps it didn’t quite pan out that way and I know many of you have faced some challenging times.
The rapid demand for staycations brought about the need for businesses of all sizes to digitally transform. Throughout 2021 we have helped many either get online for the first time or streamline and enhance both customer experience and their own workflow.
We continue to be extremely proud of the team here at Pitched that, despite changing circumstances and pressures, have managed to transform and shape our processes and enhance our products. Indeed, September 2021 brought launch of our Self-signup Booking product, making it easier than ever for businesses to streamline their workflow and sell holidays online. Alongside that, we have a brand-new Activities Booking product in the final stages of development, which we hope to release ahead of the new season. Simplifying management and online booking of sessions, lessons, equipment hire and just about anything else!
We welcomed back Matt to our development team after his final University year and said hello to two new members to our team, Zoe our operations and Agile champion and Kaleigh who brings added creativity to design and marketing. We were also thrilled to welcome baby Lowena to our extended Pitched team and wish Rowan all the very best during her special time with her new addition.
Thanks once again to all our valued customers old and new and hope together we can continue to grow together in an exciting 2022 season.
