Located just a few miles from the popular tourist resorts of Looe and Polperro, Trelay Holiday Park is a dream location for touring holidays, self-catering and holiday home ownership. Under new ownership in early 2023, the owners of Trelay had a vision from the park, transforming it it in a high-end brand with a quality feel throughout – and enlisted Pitched to help promote this new brand across the digital landscape.
Trelay's new website required new content throughout, with a strong emphasis on holiday home sales. From permanent pages to regular blogs, our team create regular, fresh content for the site.
To aid and enhance the holiday home sales process, the Pitched team produced a series of automated email journeys for sales enquiries that automatically sent out snippets of quality content via email over several week to potential customers. Alongside this, our team also sent our regular targeted emails to Trelay's database, highlighting offers and stock for sale.
Targeting those in specific locations with specific interests, our Google Ads and Facebook lead generation ads campaigns have helped bring in hundreds of sales leads for Trelay in their first full season. These leads then fed into the automated email journeys and allowed Trelay's own sales team to follow up down the line.
Lead generation advertising through Facebook has revolutionised the way holiday parks obtain leads, primarily for those looking to purchase holiday or residential homes. From owner testimonials and stock focused carousels to lifestyle and location videos, the Pithced team have produced a variety of eye-catching creatives throughout the season for Trelay in order to drive leads and website traffic for the business.
Supporting this was a selection of core Google Ads campaigns that targeted people who were actively searching for caravans and lodges for sale, driving them to landing pages on Trelay’s website where their data could be easily captured for future marketing and for their sales team to follow up.
Automated email journeys helped take some of the strain for Trelay, with new leads that arrive online or via Facebook sent on a workflow where they are drip fed content about the park, offers and latest stock over a period of several weeks. This was then further supported with regular email campaigns around offers and events.
