Episode 3: Data Protection Law Change and its impact for holiday parks

In this Episode I had the pleasure of meeting Jowanna Conboye, IP and Data Protection Solicitor for South West leading law firm Stephens Scown. We discussed the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into force on 25th May 2018.

The new law brings with it big changes to the way that all businesses large and small, store, process and market to their database of contacts. With potentially huge fines for breaches being imposed with the new law, this Podcast episode is a MUST LISTEN for all holiday parks and campsites that currently mail, email or communicate in any marketing capacity to a database of contacts.

Throughout the interview hear Jowanna explain some of the fundamental changes to the law and offer up some worthy advice for any holiday park currently marketing or thinking of marketing in the near future.
